Water level
This is a small but very useful gadget to mount on the hot shoe (flash). This allows to keep the camera perfectly horizontal on a tripod. I use this for panorama photography. When you stitch a large number of pictures together for a pano, you need to hqve them correctly aligned, otherwise you'll have to straighten them before and you'll lose a lot of information.
