An old funny one

This picture has been taken during a test of the 70-200VR lens. I like the effect... the duck playing with the water. A very simple shot but funny.

85 PC lens

One of the best lenses ever in the Nikon lineup: the 85mm f2.8 PC (perspective control) lens. This one is the "old" design, it has been recently replaced by a new version, with electric diaphragm control and nano-coating to improve picture quality. Those differences are not enough to select the new design over the old one. The lens can be tilted to increase, reduce or select depth of focus and of the focus area. It can also be shifted to correct perspective. The magnification factor is maximum 2:1. This lens is ideal for product photography.

The best P&S on the market... excellent low light capabilities, usable ISO1600 pictures, very nice user interface and personalization possibilities... highly recommended. A 10MP small P&S with image quality comparable to the best DSLRs just a few years ago.

BW processing

I tried a strange processing on this one, playing with the different color channels, to get more details in the sky, but resulting in a strange "negative" effect in some places. I like the result, but this is of course a matter of taste. This shot has been taken in the center of Brussels, with a Nikkor 24-70 2.8 lens on a Nikon D3 camera, for what it's worth.
Any comments or suggestions welcome.

High ISO

This is a bit of a crazy picture: this has been taken in the dark, with a ridiculously long lens (200-400VR) on a D3 at ISO 6400, with a very slow shutter speed. The wrong configuration at the wrong place... but the result is in fact what I wanted.
